Provider is open to explore various fantasy scenarios with individual client. Whther or not she will be open mided enough for your particular fetishes depends on you, fetishes and provider.

In my opinion it means the lady is willing to try anything within her boundaries. The key is the last 3 words. Don't ask a lady to do something she is comfortable with. It is all about respect.
The term is sufficiently ambiguous that it means nothing in particular as it depends upon the individual advertiser's conception of what she might offer as opposed to women she imagines to be closed-minded.
For the term to mean anything, you have to be right there, in the flesh. And even then, it is very individual and case-by-case. HER idea of open-minded might be the BJ she imagines wives won't deliver; YOUR idea of open-minded might be use of a zero-g sex harness for anal.
For me, it means that a gentleman doesn't have to be ashamed to ask me about certain acts over confess or ask to partake in his fetishes. I have used that term before and for me personally... it means within my personal boundries. It does not mean I am ok with everything. The reasons why I have used that "Open Minded" is because for some reason there are guys out there who think it is ok to talk about what they "get" over the phone etc. It is my nice way of saying we aren't going to talk about it and don't worry you will be happy... "Open minded" could easily mean "I'm open to anything if you offer me enough money". Providers who use that expression in their ads should expect to be asked for BBFS a lot, even if it's not what they had in mind.
