It simply means that you have to prove that you are member of TER.  The lady offering the discount is probably going to ask you to send a PM using your TER handle to prove that you are a member here.

I've seen on a couple local provider's websites "verified TER."  In context:

$??? off for verified TER members on 60 min sessions or longer?

Do you think this simply means VIP?  VIP w/ White List References? Or am I missing something completely?

That's the only way a person can send a PM.

I suppose she could direct you to post a message to her on her local board using the handle you tell her, though I'm not sure how mods look upon using their boards that way.

In any case, any person can join TER in five minutes with any untaken handle, so as far as what that proves is beyond me.

I have seen an agency that offers that to TER members. They are looking for TER reviews for their ladies and a verified TER member is more likely to give a review then someone who has never heard of TER before.
