have not come across UTF ... possibly :

UTF -- Use The Find (derived from usage below...see Acronyms list)

UTFMBDA -- Use The Find Message Button DumbAss.

UTR -- Under The Radar; a provider who maintains a very low profile.

Un-Translated French, or in other words a BBBJ, or OWO (Oral With-Out).  This term is not seen very often, but I will add it to the terms and abbreviations list.

UTR is "under the radar", but given the proximity of the "F" and "R" on the keyboard, I can see how some fumble fingering could cause some confusion.
