In general, this is too broad of a question to answer in one post.  I suggest you get VIP membership here on TER and read reviews.  Lots of them.  Pick superstar providers with high ratings.  A lot of the reviews are quite detailed and take you through the emotions and thoughts the guy is going through.  

As for a few subtle things:

1. When choosing an incall, it would be nice there was a large mirror facing the bed.  Watching the facial expressions of the lady while you are taking her from behind multiplies the psychological thrill.    (If you are advanced, use multiple mirrors that face each other).

2. Also, avoid incall hotels with key card elevators.  

3. Have plenty of extra, clean washcloths.  (And sheets too if possible)

4. Be on time and don't make him linger in the lobby where he could arouse suspicion in hotel staff.

5. Clean him off after he blows his load.  A few days ago, a well reviewed provider forgot to do this and I had left a huge puddle for the next guy.  Sorry for the TMI!!

I prefer a GFE experience.  I define GFE not by menu but by the feeling I have after...  Treated with respect at all times (give it to him, expect & insist on it for yourself).
Always use the 2 call system.  Direct him to call from outside at the exact time or a minute or 2 before.  Give him directions (say throungh the lobby & to the elevator & which way to turn coming off.  Get him into your door with out making him conspicious.  
A warm hug & kiss as soon as the door closes.  We know there is a transaction involved, but manage the transaction so as to not burst the illusion.
A chair thoughtfully placed just so to accept a gent's clothing.  You may offer to help him undress & let him do some for you if he chooses to... in a nice flirty way.  If he does take the bait, be prepared to move forward smoothly.  
Have a shower available, non-scented soaps.  Have enough towels.
You need to be a skilled time manager.  Some use discreet clocks so he will not catch you looking.  Some manage time through music tracks (have a selection).  Background noise is always good to muffle sounds.  TV off unless you offer porn.  Give the client 100% of your attention, that's what they are paying for.   NEVER ask him if he's finished yet!  
Clean him up.  Nothing is better than a warm wash cloth.  
When the action & time ends, a nice way to conclude while still enforcing that it is over, is a sexy silk robe to slip into.
You may assist him dressing, it might just be holding his coat but a kind gesture is appreciated.  Always part with a hug & a kiss.

Even though a lot of the info here is for clients, there's still much to be learned from the newbie manual (link at the top of this board) and the posts here & the other boards.  Invest the time to read them until you can answer every question.  

You might want to buy VIP so you can use the PM system or get a free e-address so you can chat with the ladies.
