Wonder whether I am being blocked or whether the poster (a provider) is not allowing any replies, or whether it is Microsoft 7, or the phase of the moon, or the dew point.

I wanted to send a TER mail to the poster--click on the name. Bupkiss. What is going on?

I know IE 9 is having issues wherein users click on links and nothing happens

Have you tried using Firefox?

Its working fine for me on Chrome. Not sure. Just try another browser. Firefox is the best...
