Post your weekly ad on your local board, and get involved with the discussions on that board, and the general board as well. This is how the folks will get to know who you are. Being new around here isn't easy. It will take some time to gain the trust of the people, and it can be frustrating, but will be well worth it in the end. Getting your first review may take some time, but it will come in time. I repeat...Be patient.
