Hello everyone! I’m Natalie xx
I am new to the TER community but definitely not the hobby ;)
Just wanted to say hello to everyone :)

Also have a quick question ..  
how does one build her profile on here? Sadly none of my clients are familiar with the TER platform so cannot answer anything for me.

That is done by the first person who reviews you.   You have a limited ability to edit that profile if you can demonstrate to TER that the information is wrong, but that's about it.

 
TER can be a bit complicated to figure out.   There is a very good link on this page to the instructions on how to use TER that you should read and try again to prompt your clients to read so that they can at least write reviews.
