There are many ways to post photos without showing your face. It can be hidden by shoulder length or longer hair, cropped off the pic, etc. Check some ladies web sites (links at the bottom of their posts) to see what I mean. Heather of Tampa has tastfully done pics.
I am really nervous about LE. I have asked for no reviews from the few clients I have already seen. I don't want to post a picture, for fear of someone I know will see. Here is my question: How do the other escorts do that verifying thing they talk about? are there sites out there that can help me? I need a way to make sure the people I see are not LE.
I understand you concerns about LE, but the threat isn't as great as you might think.
Verification has a few common forms:
1) You ask for his work details (name of company, central number, etc.). The idea behind this is that LE won't bother to set up a false number for such a low level offense.
2) References - you ask for the name, email address or phone number of a lady he has seen before. You then contact her to check him out.
3) Reference services like Date Check and Room Service 2000 (you can Google these). With these, you post your profile, and guys have to register their details.
As for your reluctance to post pictures, again I understand, but you can always obscure or crop your face. We guys really looking at pretty pictures.
Sorry, but had to delete the link to your site. If you want to post your website on TER, you have to have a link back to TER on your home page.
FYI, I tried to contact you via your site, the manditory referer, where "other" is the only option doesn't allow for messages to be delivered.

I signed up with Preferred411.com after checking out several of the different "verification" services. The providers I've worked with know of it and it appears to give them some confidence about me, and I don't have to carry around my references in my head and wonder if they'll answer the email or pick up the phone. They have a right to be paranoid too!
Security and discretion are a two-way street and hobbyist and provider need to trust each other at some level or it will never work out. I don't mind giving out my info to a provider, or answering questions, if I know the she is "for real" - I look for a history of positive reviews and (virtually) never take a chance on a lady without reviews on TER or elsewhere. For your comfort level, I'd second the comments from the other posters. I would also ask your hobbyists where *they* post reviews. Not all post reviews, but many do.
I really appreciate it when a provider takes security and discretion seriously. It makes it safer for all of us.
Last word: Trust your instinct. It is much better to be wrong (turn down a legit guy) than to meet and greet LE! I've walked away from dates when I've seen suspicious guys on the street, or hanging out in the lobby ... Guys in a bar who are not drinking alcohol should immediately arouse concern (once again, erring on side of caution).
Many lessons learned. I hope others add to this thread.
