In order to use Private Messaging (PM on TER; similar to Direct Messaging DM on social media(?)), you need to be a VIP (paid) member or have Free Limited VIP privs that you can get after you get your first review. . You pay for VIP month by month until you get a review and Free Limited VIP. . Good luck!
