Saw a provider, wrote up a review. Now the website is down or gone. Ter says i need a website link, is there a way around this or do i lose out on the review

This happens most frequently with advertizing which can be temporary...  and can expire without notice.  I think the old CL ads stayed up for longer.  The new ones, I'm told, expire quicker.   Very seldom does a provider's web site go off line...  unless they retire or something.  
I would suggest you go to where ever you found her & search by name.  Try a search by phone number.  Maybe part of her email address.
