A couple of weeks ago I emailed a provider from her web site about when she would be visiting my area. She did reply then I replied back as to specific dates. I am still waiting to hear back from her almost two weeks later, should I email her again or wait it out? She will be in town in a week and a half. I don't want to seem pushy.

If you have waited 2 weeks, and she will be in your area in a week and a half..... I would wait a couple of more days. Then e-mail her again to try and set something up, unless she has a number you can call.

I think it's time or nearly so to step up with a specific suggestion as to date & time or you'll find her dance card full.

Email her now. Ask about open appointment time. Take the open time that best fits your needs. If she does not reply, move on. Have contact infor for several backup ladies handy on the day of the appointment.
