I signed up for VIP membership for $20/ month, but CCBill keeps denying my transaction, for no apparent reason. What to do now....?

Sounds like the problem is between you and CCBill. Contact them and ask them what the problem is.

May be a problem with your credit card company.  I have had my card rejected at my credit card site as they have CC Bill on a Fraud List.  Takes me a couple of calls one to CC Bill and one to my credit card company to get it cleared.

It is a problem with my credit card company and not CC Bill.

I had the charges approved, but have had 'fraud calls' (bank calls me to verify legitimacy of the transaction) I think this has more to do with it being CC Bill outside the US (since TER is not a US company, technically). I think my card was charged as CC Bill UK, which might raise flags with your bank.

I would contact your credit card company.  Alot times the put a hold on the credit card because of suspicious activity.  Be thankfull this technology exist.

Easier to buy the 20 dollar membership via money order. More discreet too.

Very easy pick it up at any grocery store.  You can put Mickey Mouse on the name when you sign up.  They don't check.   Also no paper trail.
