I've done it with a previous, now retired provider.  After well over a year of regular visits, eventual friendship, a good bit of off the clock hanging out and much trust established.  Never even hinted at it before, but I'd joked one time about wishing I'd had a video of her giving one of her spectacular bj's. She said to go get the video camera!  I was, naturally, elated, especially as I knew her policy of never even allowing photos with anyone. Of course at that point it was "mutually assured destruction" if either of us violated that trust or screwed the other over somehow,  like posting personal videos to you-porn or something.  Stage names, b.s. cover stories, etc., had long since been abandoned by that point.

Only one other person has ever seen those videos, that's her, and that's the way it will stay.  Quite the turn on to watch them together!  And quite the fun rememberance to watch them now.

I'd find it hard to believe any provider would regularly allow or offer such a thing with someone they did not know extremely well.  But, I guess it does happen.
