Thanks for the response. I have a general account inquiry request going that I sent to the support@ e-mail. Is there a different e-mail I should send the question to?

Hi there, I recently purchased a VIP account for this site, but my status hasn't changed. I received confirmation of the purchase and an subscription number but still have no access. I submitted a general account inquiry ticket so I'm wondering to I just wait the 24hrs or is there a specific fix for this issue?
