Agreed, and yes some (like myself) will still want a way to verify you. Being new is not easy. Get a few references under your belt and you can be completely discreet about your place of work after that. Choose your first provider carefully as you will possibly need to provide some personal info to her.

P411 is good in that they handle the employment verification. Don't misunderstand, I don't care where (unless it's LE) you are employed, just that there is some recourse if you misbehave, and you know that I know it.

I will occasionally meet with someone for coffee if they seem cool in email in order to get a bead on them, a sense of their personality, etc. Usually all is good, and we can proceed from there.

Do wanna-be hobbyists who work for a state government stand a chance at seeing a provider? Even if they have nothing to do with law enforcement and file papers all day? Obviously, during the screening process one has to put down their place of employment, which means that such a person will have to put that down, which in turn might scare off potential providers.

You can call their 800# and discuss alternate info you can provide to avoid an employment check.  Some girls may still want that when you try to book them, but most won't.

If you work for general government, it is not much different from verifying employment with a company.

If you work for LE, then it is much tougher. I have seen posts where ladies say she has verified LE guys, and it is important for them to be upfront with her. How she verifies, I have no idea.

Maybe hobby out of your state, and build up references, especially with verification services.
