I wrote a review had a problem with the link, then changed the link and was given an unapproved, comment other.  What are some possible reasons it could be unapproved?  Thanks

You submitted a review of a double session, but forgot to mention the second provider's name.

I never got her name and at this point have no way of finding it out.  What should I do?

In such cases you can only mention her in the juicy details and not in the general details. I gave you the option to modify your review and resubmit it, however you may want to first find a valid url for her, as the old CL ad is not up anymore. Without a valid link yor review won't get approved.
