first call gets you to the area - nearest intersection/building/etc.

once you're there, you call again and are give more specific info - an address/hotel room number, etc,

You can find it on discussion board, under Newbie or any other board. Look top right of corner. It says "self-help center"

two call system just means you cann once to get the area and then a 2nd time once you are there to get the spficic address.
