by username or email address. The email address search will only work if the email address he gave you is the same email account he used to sign in to TER.
As a provider with at least one review, you should have the limited provider VIP. While that will allow you to use the PM system and read the juicy details of your own reviews, I'm not sure how much search capability (if any) it gives you. You may have to pay for VIP to use search functions. To check if you have provider VIP, see if you can read your review. If you don't have it, then contact admin and ask for it.
At the top of the page, click on reviews. Then go to "search," and a submenu will open under it. Click on "search by reviewer," or "search whilelist," then you should have a box to enter the username. That person's reviews and whitelists should show up.
ask admin for limited VIP for providers. It allows you to look at the juicy details of your own reviews, just not those of others. You should be able to use the search reviews with that. I'm surprised you can't search reviews w/o being a VIP....
