I was reading a profile that said "real photo: Yes; photo accurate: Yes" but the ad had NO photos.

I read the reviews and, sure enough, it said the ad has no pics but that she emailed pics upon request and that they were real.

FOR PROFILE PURPOSES ONLY, should that be "real photo: no pics"?

Personally, I think privately emailed pics should be "no pics" as that is what is generally available to EVERYONE. Private emailed pics might change from person to person with no way to confirm or complain if they turn out to be fake or inaccurate.

Is there official policy on this?

I would do some research for her profile to see any reviews and pm the person that saw her if legit

I disagree, you got a pic before your date, granted it was not in the ad. I would say "real pics Yes"  In the general details mention that you have to request a pic, she sent it,  and that it was real.  Pretty simple if you ask me.
