You can see  the last time the provider checked P411. she may not have checked the site .. if she has logged on since you sent the request.. move on..

if she does get back to you eventually, tell her maybe next time...

While I have my settings to email me when I receive PM's or P411 contacts, not everyone knows that they can do that, or knows how.  

Instead of waiting, why not email her directly and let her know you have sent inquiries via P411 and TER for assistance with her verification?

I do not like to have same day appt since it takes time to verify, make reservations and we have busy lives too.
24 hours in advance for appts is a good time frame.

from now, give her 48-72 hours.  If Monday morning, you should have only given her about 24 hours.  Keep in mind, providers have busy lives too and don't always check their email over holidays or weekends.
