Can't speak for everyone but if you pay for an hour, you get an hour.  I also offer multiple pops but not all ladies do so if she does not (and you should be checking that via her TER profile and website before you make a date anyway) you may want to pace yourself.  Or find something interesting to pillow talk about for 50 mins.

That is one reason why you will want VIP.  A few are "one & done"...  and their objective is to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Other ladies an hour is from the time the door closes until you open it to leave.  The time is spent on anything on their menu...  including multiple shots on goal if you are up to it.

If you book an hour, you get an hour.  I've had clients before who were done half way, didn't want to or couldn't try again, so I spent the rest of the time doing a nice sexy massage.  I like to make sure the entire hour (or however long) is pleasurable - whatever that happens to be for you.  I've also been known to let my sessions run over sometimes because I hate to clock watch and I always feel a little guilty for including the shower as part of the time for the session.

I think overall, you get what you pay for so you would receive a whole hour. Even if she doesn't offer MSOG, maybe a massage after would be nice?
