It has happened to many.

Plagiarism of both photos and ad copy is unfortunately common on internet escort malls, personal websites, forums, etc since little if anything is protected by copywrite law. I don’t know the mechanics of it; but there is a way of having your pictures “right click” protected on your website so that no one can copy them to their computer files as they have so easily already done. As far as protecting pictures you may have running on commercial escort malls I don't know if anything can be done.

You can also contact Craig's List and tell them that the photos are stolen.  They will delete the post.

This girl posted my picture(s) in Philadelphia, Maryland and Northern New Jersey.

I emailed her and asked her nicely to remove my pictures...and you know what she had the nerve to say??

Our bodies/boobs look the same so that's why she was using my pictures. She also said "Be flattered that your titties is helping you eat and charitable to my hustle too. You want royalties for using your titties, than we can discuss that. But wait until I at least make a million so we can split it". end quote.

She said some more garbage, I flagged the ad(s).

She got mad and started acting crazy saying she's from "Brick City" (projects in NJ), making money using my pictures (her rates were 150 and 200 for greek) blah blah, blah, tough talking.

I told her I was from NY and if she didn't stop using my pictures, she'd better be watching her next trick. That shut her up quick AND she stopped using my pictures.

I periodically check CL and her name, NONA, to see if anything come up.

It was an empty suggestion of course BUT I was so mad.

I suggest just flagging the ad. If you contact her you WILL get more pissed off (like I did, LOL).

Flag the ad, but you might want to copy and place your own. with a warning. "PHOTOS ARE FAKE, THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL" That way the CL hobby will be watching for her future postings. Then again, could be difficult watchng her since most change names and such all the time.
