I've been wanting to try this for the first time so I did some research and picked a provider (with 4 review, last 2 months, all very positive), called her and didn't get through but she called back quickly and we made an appointment for incall for the next day. I went there and called, no answer but she called back after a while (meanwhile I'm outside and it's cold) and told me a hotel to go to and to call again from the lobby. So by the time I've waited for 30 minutes in and out of the hotel (I went out because I didn't feel comfortable hanging out) I gave up and left.
Still no call back.
Is this normal? Did she have a lookout who thought I must be a cop or something crazy like that? Should I be concerned for her well being?
It isn't common with well reviewed ladies, but it happens. Could be anything from a family emergency to a call with a better offer. All you can do is shake it off and move on.

I hate to say the point of some of the best lays I've had is from some of the hardest providers to make an appointment stick. These gals are very unorganized and I wonder how in the world they make their life work but when they get in the sack their sessions are tremendous.
However, when they keep changing their appointment or are hard to reach I finally get irritated enough to go to a provider that is easy access.
Try someone with 4 pages of good reviews (mostly 8s or above) and see if that makes a difference. I think it will.
The provider that you had contacted, of her 4 reviews, did you check to see how many ladies the reviewers had seen? If they had all only seen one or a very few number of providers, it was a red flag. I personally would wait for a lady to at least have a page of good reviews.
If she did not allow enough time for you to arrive at her location, you should have said so at once. You should have called at the correct time. It's hard if you're not in private but you can be discrete if you try. Be very wary of calling inside a hotel lobby. There are mixed thoughts on this, but at the very least, be discrete. I'd try to call from outside the door, a coffee shop or inconspicious location.
