. . . may mean that posting on this board is not the best way to get an answer to your question, jakenrop. I can think of three methods that may work better:

1) Post your question on the LA regional board. (You can find the regional boards by looking at the left side of this page, or any other discussion board page. There's a pull-down menu of Regional Boards.)

2) When you see a review that mentions Crystal, you can go to the profile of the provider to whom the review pertains. The third and fourth lines in the general information section near the top of the profile tell you whether the lady is affiliated with an agency and, if so, the name of the agency. If the agency name is missing, look at the address of the lady's website; the agency name may be part of the URL. If two or three ladies whose reviews mention Crystal are affiliated with the same agency, you can probably conclude that Crystal works for that agency.

3) You can send a PM (personal message) to someone whose review mentions Crystal. He may be kind enough to explain who she is. (I believe that you have to be a VIP member of TER to send PM's, and the recipient has to be VIP in order to read your message, so you may have to try more than one reviewer.)
