What I would do is ask around in the discussion board nearest to her location and see if someone can vouche for her. Do your research on her because NOBODY wants to end up in jail.

and ask for PM's (you need to be VIP)

I've done this a couple times and got good info.  Had a great time.  Lots of gals have gone UTR lately.

Best 411 is one or more current reviews...

Next best is from a fellow hobbyist...

without either, you fly solo....

it is her accountability/credibility that should be scrutinized.

LE is predisposed to go after the lowest hanging fruit, or fruit with the highest yield.  
It is the possible clandestine agendas of the purposely non-reviewed provider that should concern a noob.  

Only see well reviewed providers. Nothing is 100% though.

Stay safe and don't take chances. This is an election year and the fireworks have just begun. Google prostitution sting in the news and just a simple search. If that doesn't scare you nothing will.

How hard do you work for your money? Get more bang for your buck and do the research..

Read and do your work.  NO REVIEWS - NO VISIT!!!!!  My first visit was to a provider that had pages of reviews on TER ( and excellant ones - also ) - now that gives you a feeling of safety when going to see someone.  DO YOUR HOMEWORK and you will be glad you did!!!
