Wow, I'm SOOO sorry for not responding to this sooner. I just never checked this thread for replies. Anyway, the issue I'm reporting is related to the reviews page, when reading a review. The "Like" button, at the bottom of the page, is almost completely covered by the footer. I tend not to use applications with the windows maximized and when I maximize the window, the button appears. It's not a huge issue, but something I wanted to report. Thanks!
Hi and Happy New Year! It's been an extremely long time since I posted here; so long that I feel like a newbie. Anyway, I wanted to find out how to report a problem? I sent a report of a technical, website problem using the "Contact Us" link and I see my message in the "My Feedback" area. I also noticed the "My Problem Reports" area, but I can't see where to report an actual problem.
I think that "Contact Us" is the right way to go. Those submissions and replies show up in your "My Feedback" list. Right now, we (regular users / posters) think that TER is operating with a much reduced staff so it can take a while before they address and reply to particular submissions. . I think that "My Problem Reports" refers exclusively to submissions made using the "Report a Problem" link on Profile pages and related pages (Reviews, etc.). . The only other suggestion I can think of would be to go to your registered email account (used with your TER account) and send an email to Admin that way. HOWEVER!!! Wait a few days for them to get to your Contact Us submission. Overloading them with multiple submissions about the same problem only makes things worse and slows things down further.

and even then, they are for simple problems. From the TER homepage:
“ Report A Problem' should only be used to submit changes on provider profiles which are verifiable and 'quick'. Reporting of more serious issues should be reported via the Contact us page at the bottom of most TER pages”
You should use the “Contact us” button for any other communication with TER support. You did it correctly. Now you just have to wait for their reply. It will show up under “my feedback”. As Imp said, you can also use email, but contact us is preferable.
