most would not recommend you see this lady with no reviews, especially if she is real young.  There really is no good safe way to ask her for details IMHO.  Email is worse than phone, because then you leave a trail to follow.  What you can do is ask for info about her on your regional board, maybe someone who has seen her will help you out.  You might also consider that you will have to travel in order to see someone.  I live in a fairly large metro area, and because it's so spread out, I have to travel at least a half hour to an hour to see someone.  There are other review sites around where she might be reviewed, I just can't mention their names on here since they are competitors of TER.

Have you googled her phone and verified her pics?  The phone google results might show other sites she is on.  I suppose you could ask her if she does have reviews somewhere.  Personally, I think you should keep looking. this is a good place to start.  Look at the reviews in the regional area closest to you and try to find a well-reviewed provider.

That is, unless you have tons of extra cash to basically throw away.

First, you are a newbie.  That is why you are here, to learn.

* Anyone, legit or not can put up ads.  Even Uncle Leo.  So where is the ad posted.  Is it on T.E.R. or some other site?

* You risk bait and switch.  Have you verified that her photos are even legit?  You can use Tineye.com or google image to see if the photos are even of her and not stolen pics of a different escort or model photos.

* Without reviews you risk upselling.  She could have an ala carte menu where everything is extra.

* She may only allow one serving of coffee and its "one and done" in 20 minutes even though you booked an hour or longer.

* If you are going on price, she may be so high volume that you pass the last and next client on your way in and while leaving.

* You can get robbed either by her or her "friend"

These are only some of the risks in seeing an unreviewed lady.  There are others.  You can reduce that risk by:

1.  Posting an inquiry on your local board asking if anyone has seen her and providing a link to her ad.  Ask for details or whether they would recommend her.

2.  Check other review boards in your area for reviews.  


Personally, I would leave discovering new talent to more seasoned hobbyists.  But if you cannot resist TOFTT, do as much homework as you can before picking up that phone or sending that email.

I suggest you break you hobby teeth with a well reviewed TER lady...  or several.  I'm not saying not to see this one.  Just not right now.  Circle back once you have some experience behind you & you'll know how things work & what to expect.  That is one of the ways more experienced hobbiests avoid scams, rip offs & other troubles.
In the meantime, you can jump start your education in the hobby by reading the self help section (sometimes called the Newbie Manual) link my the life saver.  Then read back on this board until you can answer every question without peeking.  No one can do it for you because you must filter through your own circumstances.  
Look for hobby phones, hobby emails, leaving no or few tracks, 2 call system...  
Once you are ready to shop, you'll need VIP to read the details of reviews for those you are interested in...  then you know what she does, not what she advertizes which might not be the same.  Use every link in her profile to read her ads, check her pictures.  I llike to see a variety of pictures, variety of poses & angles, taken in total I go in assured I know what she looks like.

If you have dome all this you will be ready to have a good time.
