Can anyone help me learn how to post a Picture

Im very new to TER and I am just trying to learn how to post photos.

You need to add the photos you want to a image sharing site like "imagecoast" it's free. Once you add images, your images will come with a URL. The next time you post an ad on TER or on the photo only board you will see a line that says "picture link" that's where you place the image URL(the image URL from the image that's in your image cost gallery)
