I used to think that but I've seen profiles with multiple links stacked recently. So removal one one does not remove other working links.

Yes, but I could see it happening in a "two step" manner. Someone convinces the fine people that read PR report submissions that link B is actually more valid than link A (link to the provider's ad of some sort where they clearly prefer link B and advertise with link B). Then link B goes bad (even if temporarily; maybe the hosting was down for a day), someone else files a PR for that. Link A is still fine, but thanks to that original PR Link A is no longer referred to in the profile.
I just noticed a relatively new provider with several positive reviews, removed the links to her cityvibe ad and her personal website. She's young, so I'm concerned, as we are scheduled for this evening. She doesn't have a phone, just email. I don't want to have any problems.
Define 'removed the links'. From her TER ad or were they removed from her TER review profile? Those are two different things. The latter can be done by a anyone caring to file a mischevious problem report or if the links themselves are bad.
One reason for pulling links is if she didn't have the TER logo somewhere as that is a requirement for adding links to ads here.

Oh ok, well, hopefully that's the case. Thanks for the thought!
I filed a couple of problem reports recently... one I could not get the links to work but TER did. When I checked the next day, after the PR was denied... the link worked fine. So the problem may have been at my end...
