You have a membership.  You need to read the newbie manual (link at the top of this board).  Basically, as you are now a member you can advertize on your local "regional" board once every 7 days.  (drop down menu on the left).

Once you get your first review, that sets up your profile...  you get the TER administration to link your membership with your profile.  You get FREE Limited VIP so you can read your own full reviews & use the PM system.  

If you have a web site, you must display "TER Reviewed" emblem with a link back on one of the first 2 pages.

You will find it quite useful.

In order to attract TER members who will see you and then write reviews of you, you should participate on the various boards especially your local board and the General Discussion Board.  

Some clients will take a shine to you and contact you if you do this.
