There's info about my appearance that's wrong and also some info that was left out when the person submitted my first review and made the profile. How can I get the info updated?

Click "Report A Problem" located at the top of your reviews.

The Problem Report system is designed for quick, easy updates to profiles. For more complex issues, especially those that might require correspondence back from our Support team, please submit a Feedback. You can submit a Feedback by clicking on the Contact Us link near the top of most TER pages.

Examples of when to submit a Problem Report: website not loading or incorrect, incorrect phone number, a change in the provider's appearance or services offered, a review posted to the wrong profile, a provider has two profiles that need to be combined, a review is posted with a score that exceeds the provider's score maximum.

Examples of when to send in a Feedback: reporting a fake or fraudulent review, requesting an entire profile removed from TER, questions about VIP access, questions about why your review has not posted, any inquiry that requires a response.

You have to check your Account Manager under My Feedback after you have done so, and in most cases it will say "Contact Support for this problem." You are then given [email protected] to discuss further. If you only submit report and don't check your "feedback" many times you will think they did not reply, when they did.

...be handled by the Problem Report staff but for the more complicated issues, they will refer you to Admin.  As you say, if you don't check "My Feedback" you won't know that your problem report has been kicked back to you so that you have to take further action.  You have to check within 30 days or it will disappear from "My Feedback."

Yes, thank you. I was actually surprised at how many people did not realize this, and took it to PM. So many think TER is not replying to their issues when in reality, they did not know about checking the "feedback" tab.
