Most likely is tha,t if she offers greek but does not specifically say it's extra, then it's not. This is unusual, however, because greek requires preparation.  Are you sure there's no reference, say, in a code word like "A Level?"  If not, I'd bring an envelope with her standard fee but have an extra $100 on you if you really want greek.  Once you're with her and undressed, that's something you can discuss.

About half the providers I've seen who offered greek only told me their price in person, and also required notice to prep, so we didn't go there until a later visit.
