As for a review, why not?  It'll give the rest of the guys a heads up that the girl doesn't offer MSOGs.

if you have done your homework and the reviews indicate multiple pops, don't be afraid to let her know, politely, you are expecting your full time. That is what you are paying for, her time.

about their girl not giving you the hour you paid for?  My guess is they will not be happy that she shorted you and management may offer a discount on the next date you book with them.

Second, YES, write the review.  Guys need to know about 1 shot wonders.  BTW, most ladies will not play this type of game with you.

You said you have VIP...  Did you read her previous reviews?  Was she well reviewed 6 or more by experienced reviewers?  Did the other guys get everything they could get done in the time you paid for?  Even if I am done, I ask for & get time just laying together.  

Some ladies are "one & done"...  but you should know that going in.  The problem with this is that it encourages rush jobs.

I appologize to the OP.  You did indeed answer most of my questions.  
You should be polite but contact the agency...  state that there was a misunderstanding & what happened.  The girl & the agency should have the opportunity to set it right.  Just because you're a newbie, doesn't mean you should be taken advantage of.  Even if you can not handle another cup you should have had your full hour of companionship.  
After the agency has had the opportunity to set things right, then you should post your review.  

If I was capable of 2 pops in the alloted time, I think I'd go for #1 fast so to give myself recovery time.

Holy shit!  Just 10 MINUTES!!??  And I thought I got burned with 40-45 (it was supposed to be an hour)!

I had a similar experience with the first prov that I saw: well-reviewed (and the reviewers had mentioned firing off more than once), had been doing this for at least two years if not more.  But got shorted on time (although not nearly as much as you did....damn!)  

Although what was a bit strange about my experience was that it was my 2nd (and of course last) mtg with this girl, and my 1st mtg had been pretty pleasant.  Heck, the 2nd was too...until she decided to cut it short saying "no MSOG"...which was not only different from what I'd read but also struck me as a pretty extreme interpretation of that phrase.  Since when did "no MSOG" mean "the session ends when you pop"?  What, we couldn't even cuddle in the nude in the 15-20 minutes we had left?  She did the same thing: rinsed in the shower, got dressed, and we were out of there.

That IS a rough start isn't it?  Thought we did our homework and all and still shit blew up in our faces!
But yeah, definately jump back in!  I've met a couple of other girls since then.  So far, so good.
