I just don't see how she could have verified me. We talked on the telephone for a few minutes and I only told her my first name. That's when she asked if I was a newbie. I said I was and she said it wasn't a problem and just to bring my ID.
So, big day. I've finally made an appointment with a provider. She has about 10 reviews on this site and a few on other sites, so I think she must be pretty professional. There are some details that I am a little concerned about and would appreciate some perspective from experienced hobbyists and/or providers:
1- She didn't verify me, but told me to bring my ID and show it to her when I go into the room (sound normal?) 2- She told me to call her on the day of the appointment for instructions on where to meet (from things I've read, this sounds OK) 3- Do I need to take anything with me (I'm assuming she'll bring protection)? 4- Do I need to take the initiative, or let her make the "first move." I mean, I would like to talk a little bit before the action gets under way. To be honest, I don't have that much experience with women and would like to build a little rapport first.
1. Not all gals do verification. That's their perogative and if the gal didn't have any reviews I'd be a bit concerned, but since she does, it's no biggie. Maybe you have a good aura and put her at ease.
2. That is OK and SOP for first time meetings (and with some gals, all meetings.)
3. It never hurts to be prepared, but sure, buy some condoms that you like just in case. 90% of the time or more the gal insists on using her. As far as things not to bring, leave any IDs and valuables in the car (Not on the front seat!). You just never know for sure, especially on a first time.
4. Follow her lead. Some gals are a bit hands off, so after five minutes or so you can move up close, and start to caress her if nothing seems to be developing. In most cases, the gals I've met have been physcially aggressive and that's how I like them.

She could have used caller ID to get your phone number. If the phone is in your name someone could use it to get your name and address. With that someone can run a full background check and learn almost anything about you. So you may have been screened. I bet she did screen you that way because she is having you bring id to see you are who she screened and not someone else like a cop.
