I am a complete n00b and have been looking for a decent provider in my area (SE Wisconsin) and have to say the choices are pretty slim as far as TER Reviewed women go, most have very few reviews here but there are tons of ads on CL but none match any searches here.  

Wanna make sure my first one if safe and enjoyable as possible, any suggestions?

I would suggest checking the regional boards for Michigan, Minnesota and Chicago. SE Wisconsin isn't that far from the Windy City. I have to travel 2-3 hours to see a provider, so I share you angst.

There are some decent touring girls that go to Milwaukee as well. CL is the trailer park of escort malls and home to a LOT of LE busts. Avoid CL!!!!

There are plenty on TER.

As a NewBie, stay off CL.  Too much LE & too many scams.  Admittedly some TER ladies use CL to fill their dance card...  Easier to start here than there.  Work on your searches...  try different area codes, check or even post on the local boards nearest you.

Other than Chicago, try Madison, WI.  There are several ladies there who post here.  Do a search in reviews for the area code and leave the city blank.  If you don't have VIP, get it!

You're right, it looks pretty weak. I think I would splurge a little and import Savannah Smiles from Chicago. She has Milwaukee rates listed on her website.

WI is known for beer, brats, and custard. No slim pickn's here.

That's the problem with TER's new review system. It is designed to keep down on shill reviews of new ladies, but it also makes it very difficult for new ladies in relatively low traffic areas to start getting reviews here.

Search on P411 for SE WI ladies. One of my ATF's is a slim pickin there.
