Seeing Agency Girls on "the side"

What's the story on giving an agency girl your direct info (or asking for hers) after seeing her on a date. Years ago there were lots of Russian agencies in the Los Angeles area. A lot of the girls would hand out their # at the end of the session (secretly of course) so you could see them directly. Are there any benefits? I would imagine less money for the gents, more money for the girl, agency gets shafted.
How much do you think the girl gets if the agency is charging $500  per hour?

Just as any business- its run different from others-
Some agencies are 50 50
some 60 40
some 70 30
Some pay for incalls
some dont
some pay toward traveling expenses
some dont

As for agency girls giving numbers on the side-
Only if they like you :)

Some girls will do it, but I wouldn't assume that they will charge you any less. Others will refuse to do it, tell their agency and you will be black listed not only by that agency but also by other agencies in the area.  It's a roll of the dice.
