What is the best way to meet provider safe and discreet?

Is to find a well reviewed lady, and allow her to screen you properly. You can always join a site like room service 2000, that will allow discreet screening by the ladies.  Safety is important on both sides of the equation.  Sticking with well reviewed, established ladies would be your best bet.

There is no being 100% safe in this hobby.  Being knowledgeable is critical to minimizing risk.

Then get VIP.  Read the reviews for ladies you're interested in meeting.  Check that there are several reviews & the reviewers have reviewed several ladies.  (TER prohibits self reviews but there maybe some that try.)
