The whole form must be filled out. You can just open up a tab in another browser or another window and pretty much copy whatever's there. You can change things around if needed, but it won't really make a difference.

Best explanation I received is that making you take the time to do that reduces the amount of fake reviews and spam.

OK newbie question here - I can't seem to search out the answer.....

I want to review a provider that already has reviews up. How can I add a review without filling out the entire form, hair color, website etc.

Is there an "add review" button on the providers profile somewhere?
