profile is ...can't find it.. Do I need reviews to be ib the search?

The best way for you to start learning about TER is reading the self-help center, a link can be found by the life preserver found at the top of every discussion board. Guide lines for ad posting can be found in the self-help center. Reading back a few pages here on the newbie board will also help answer some of your questions. Feel free to come back and ask anything you cant figure out about the site.  
Are you sure you don't already have some reviews here? You can search for any reviews you might have by clicking the reviews tab and then the search reviews tab, enter any information specific to you like your provider name, phone number or email. When you find or get your first review you can request it be linked to your handle and we can easily find them then.  
Joining in the discussion on your local board will also help people get to know and feel comfortable with you. You can add a link to your website or ad any time you respond to a thread but not when you start a thread.
