Thanks for the info. I don't have any references then, because I have never met with a provider before. Guess it'll be down to.the work contact, but it sounds like providers/escorts are pretty discreet, so I do feel reassured. I'll just carefully read the reviews.

Is it safe to give out work info to places like Eros to get verified? I'm a bit hesitant at the thought of an escort calling my workplace and asking questions, although I do understand the need for it, and like the idea of some sort of a background check to help ensure the safety of escorts. Anyone ever had a problem with this activity?

If so, that should be enough for a lady to verify you.

Giving your work info is at your own risk.  If you hold a sensitive position and/or are married, I wouldn't give it.  The only reason I could think of why a provider would need it, in addition to references, is so she has some recourse if she needs to blackmail you.  Exception:  If you're a newbie and want to get verified on P411, Id give it to them so you can get your foot in the door.  You'd only need to give it once and the provider doesn't have access to that info.

Many well reviewed ladies have a form on their websites that includes a place to put work info in addition to references. This is not so they can blackmail anyone. It is usually because they are higher profile and more at risk of being targeted.

There have been many cases of escorts getting busted because screening was done with false references. Employment screening is an added level of reassurance for the ladies that feel they need it.

If a lady requires employment screening to see her in addition to references and a guy isn't comfortable with that, he is welcome to find another lady that has screening he is comfortable with.

But telling guys that ladies who require it must have dubious motivations is just lending to more unnecessary suspicion in addition to what the OP already seems to have.

A lady who already has a number of good reviews has a reputation to protect and it's doubtful she is going to take the chance of ruining that reputation by screwing over guys she sees as clients.

On the other hand, if I were a guy, I would never give any personal information to any lady that didn't have a history of solid reviews.

i never give that info out..if they insist..move on..

some guy I may already work with, have went to school with, was my professor, or my freaking cousin lol. Some women require more info. than others plain and simple. Some women show their face...some don't. When I tour I require references but if that ref does not have a history of TER reviews, I won't accept it, so back to the work info. I find it funny that many times the guys most reluctant to up this info are guys who make less a year than we do...like wtf would we possibly want from you after the fact? CEOs, Docs, Lawyers, never a problem and usually include it in the first email...just awesomeness!

Personally it does not matter if you are verified through p411, eros etc, and I believe most girls will say that. We like to do our own screening and none of those sites are perfect (example: p411 has a disclaimer about someone slipping through and either being LE (im pretty sure) or a nut job) This just reminds me that I am doing the right and safest thing for me by asking for references.
Usually girls wont ask for work info if you have references. And when I snoop around I dont ask any questions that would seem out of the ordinary. Make sure the girl you are trying to see is a reputable provider

I ask for employment info.  This is my fastest way of checking a guy out.  I feel comfortable with this information because if you work full time at a reputable business, then I don't think you are working nights helping LE arrest escorts.  It is so easy becuase most of the time I can find you on your work website, linkedin, or just by googling your name with the name of your company.  This usually takes 5-10 min and then can see you right away.  I have never had to call someones work, but if I did I would tell the manager that "I am patricia with wells fargo, Im just calling to verify employment for a loan application." The manager either says yes or no if you work there. Hope this helps you feel more comfortable about giving out your work info. S

What sort of references are providers looking for? Not sure, off the top of my head, who I would use. The normal resumee doesn't seem to apply, lol. Are we just talking about friends? What sort of questions do the providers ask? Will the references know the deal, or are they sort of discreet, general questions?

I'm sort of gearing up psychologically to get my feet wet with this hobby, but just don't want to splash all over town what I am up to, if you knowmwhat I mean.

When I am choosing a provider, I pay attention to the quality of their websites and try to get a sense of how organized and together she is. Women that have positive things happening in their live and largely do this business as a financially beneficial aside are the ones that I prefer. I prefer email only contact as that gives the lady and me a chance to get a feel for eachother. If you make the right choice, you can safely give out work contact information. The professional ladies will use the information to gain a feel that you are who you say you are then destroy the information. If I were you, I would start with TER reviews for your city, then filter your list down to a handful or two of ladies that appear to be running professional businesses. When I have been contacted at work, the contact has been brief, the ladies confirmed that I told them the truth then moved on the the remaining parts of verification. Typically, when the professional ladies call a potential client at work, no one else wouldbe able to discern her from a bank executive, or medical office administrator, of a variety of other professional pursuits.

If you go with a escort mall lady, you have no idea of what you are getting yourself into. Even experienced hobbyists draw more duds than they do jewels among escort mall advertisers. More often than not, you get a woman that speaks poorly over the phone and appear uneducated. If someone like that call you workplace, expect anyone that may answer her call to wonder about what you are in to.

It's very understandable that you are hesitant to give out work info.  Here's what they do with it, generally speaking.  She, or her assistant, will call your work number posing as, for example, a doctor's office calling to verify an appointment.  They ask for you and if the call is routed to your extension, they will probably hang up before you answer.  They now know that you do indeed work there, which is all they want to know.  This gives them pretty good assurance that you are not a cop.

No way, not in a millions years. Its none of their business. If they press tell them you are
retired or self employed, who they gonna call then.  Too dangerous.
