The ONLY time prepayment is justified is if she is traveling to see you.  Damn sure not with an unknown unproven CL girl.  (How the hell does this assure her "safety"??)
And they all seem nice until they get your money.  After that point is what seperates the pros from the ROBs...

Bad news.  Don't get drawn into it just by a picture.  How do you know it's even her?  I've noticed that false pictures are a regular occurence on CL.
Not to mention, this isn't really a common practice by even the most reputable providers.

I've never seen anything like that. Sounds like a scam to me.

If I were you, I'd pass on her...and see someone else. No legitimate provider would ask for you to put half $$$ up front via a universal reload pak!

Consider yourself lucky that you pay $20 a month for this service!!!!!  Something like that happen to me when I first started in the hobby(10+ years ago).  The B---- from the escort agency charged my credit card AFTER she got to my apartment and then said "Oh I don't date black men".  Like a dumb--- I was offended by this.  Stupid me didn't realize it was a scam until the next morning.
