Re: Question about the review advanced search feature

I was curious about one of the search criteria fields in the advanced search engine for the TER reviews.  If you select "white" for the providers' ethnicity, does that automatically include the categories for Italian, English, French, Russian, etc?  Or are each of these an unlinked category?  Similarly, if you choose "Latina", does that include the categories for South American and Spanish?

And if these categories aren't linked in any logical way, are there any plans to to do so?  Or at least provide a way to select more than one category?  It would just make a lot of sense to do so in terms of search capability features.

Thanks!

...the ethnicity of the provider.  It can be corrected by the provider herself or a subsequent reviewer.

If you search for 'White', it will not include English, Russian or other Caucasian providers.

Likewise, a search for 'Latina' will not result in finding Spanish or South American providers.

Try it with the provider you reviewed who was described as 'Spanish'.  If you search for her as a 'Latina', you will not find her.

That's just the way the TER computer spits 'em out.

For best results, I search with least critereon.
Region, phone,
Region, stage name.

Most often, I check most recent reviews to see who is active in my area, then decide if I have any interest in them.

...blank.  The same goes for other criteria - just include the ones that are absolutely must-haves.

As skb says below, when traveling, check the 'New Reviews' for the city you're visiting. A criteria search may find you the one you want, but her last review may have been 3 years ago.
