Also you might try being a lot more specefic on your post as to what you have done thus far.

Maybe another guy who has used this service Miami Ultimate can help you.

So I think I decided on a provider, with someplace called Miami Ultimate, does anyone know what I should expect from this place in particular?

Is it all just general info.  If you call same day do they call you back to say you are approved?

Just a tad confused.
