There is some risk, but a lot less than some activities such as DATY, which is common and so far no one has mentioned that they have caught anything from it.

Some gals do light French kissing (LFK) which is basically just the lips touching; and some do DFK where the tongues are inserted in each others' mouths.

As always, you should stick with activites that you feel comfortable with.

The kissing you are referring to is the mouth to mouth kind.  However, don't rely on just what her profile says, look in the reviews.  Realistically, all the stuff involving fun where bodily fluids may be exchanged in provider encounters has the potential of being dangerous.  

I personally, do not see providers that do not DFK.  That's just too much a part of the male/female interaction for me not to have it.  For yourself, stick with your own comfort level.
