Without reviews, I wouldn't have followed through. I was more curious as to why the duplicate listing on CL in so many different states, both photos and phone numbers. Agencies or even maybe LE?
While on a business trip to Richmond, I was prosing the CL listing here and saw a couple of cuties that interested me. After not finding any reviews for either on TER, I Googled their phone numbers and was astonished as to what I found. Got links to CL listings with the same phone numbers on boards in Chicago, Detroit, Philly, etc. Clicked on some of these listing and found some of the ads had the same girl's photo that was listed in the Richmond ad! I am assuming that they're agencies using CL. And if one called, one would obviously not get the girl in the photo! Has anyone run into this before and are my assumptions correct?
Craigslist is a four-letter word here. You've got a possible bait-and-switch and might want to avoid both of them. Some ladies who list on CL have TER reviews, many do not. Same with Eros. Personally, I would only stick with TER-reviewed providers and most of my fellow posters will probably agree. Many of them will have more possibilities on what kind of situation you could with those two ladies. jhb

Maybe agencies. I don't think LE would go to that extent to target a random hobbyist, but I'm not too well-versed in that area. Some of the veteran posters would most likely have a better take on it. jhb
you should be in the clear. It could be an agency and/or touring. The reviews will expose any b&s.
No reviews makes it iffy, whether or not the ads appear in other cities. Stick to those with multiple reviews until your inner radar gets better developed.
I happens all the time, and yes your chances of actually meeting the girl in the photo are virtually nonexistent.
Many of these ripoffs are posted by lazy people who know their potential "marks" are just as lazy. Kudos to you for not being one of them. When all else fails use common sense, but it appears you have already done that. Not bad for a newbie.
