At the beginning of the year TER changed billing processors to a European based processor.

Since then many credit cards which worked with CCBill no longer work with the new one. European processors have different security standards compared to American standards and somewhere American style zip codes and addresses are not getting recognized.

You are correct when you say there is a "misfit." I suggest keep trying periodically or read this board when someone will who figures out the "misfit" will post something.

Unless you are single and have nothing to lose, I would also suggest using a prepaid gift card rather than your personal card.

I am not sure whether discussion boards are good place to ask this, but I will try anyway. When I just tried to upgrade, my working credit card was declined. I also got a message that says the paymeny system is in a process of change. I just want to confirm this with you. So I need to wait for system upgrade, or there is a misfit between my card and the third party payment system.

Same thing happened to me last weekend. On Monday it went through and I got confirm email. Also when I logged on on Monday I was at VIP status. Maybe only process cards on weekdays.. You will enjoy VIP reading soon.

I renewed with one card and was declined so tried another and was accepted. Then received two confirmation e-mails and a charge on each card. I had to contact the vendor to have one charge reversed.
