I've only done incalls before, but have begun to wonder if outcalls might be easier.  I don't have a reliable car at the moment, and even with one, the commute in my city I a hassle. If I arrange in outcall with a girl, would most require me to pick them up? I'd be willing to pay for gas or whatever or the driver or parking if they can get to where I live (fairly centrally located and on a main street). Is this a common arrangement, or do you usually need to pick her up for an outcall? 'Cause the main reason I'm considering this is to avoid the commute.

You would very rarely pick her up, if she does outcall she has a way to get around and if it's a commute for you it will be one for her so expect to pay more. The bigger thing to consider is inviting a complete stranger, someone who's real name you don't even know into your house, this has been discussed many times here. Before I invited someone into my home I would have seen her several times and built up a level of trust with her. If you have a SO it gets even harder. Women pick up on the smallest clues, the lingering sent of a strange perfume, a long hair where there shouldn't be one and on and on.... If you decide to have somebody over choose wisely.

Sometimes I pick her up from her place and drive her to my place. Then drive her back to her place Other times I go to her place. It just depends on the Scheduling for both of us. She only lives about half an hour drive from my place.

Usually they drive themselves, or have a driver, or catch a cab, or take public transportation (depending on the city), etc.

My girl hates taking the Bus and Train. When she can go to my place I pick her up and drive her home.

I don't have an SO, I live alone. I did see a thread about the topic of when to trust a provider enough to have her in your home. A valid concern of course, but I don't think I really have much worth stealing. I'd hide any money I have and I have a pretty small apartment, so it'd be nearly impossible for her to get out of my site long enough to make away with the TV.

Btw, how much more does an outcall usually cost? I've never actually paid attention to what they say about outcall rates over the phone since I've been committed to an incall anyway each time.

Bus. Work is only a fifteen minute walk away anyway. Don't really need a car for much.

but managed to go through my checkbook.  You also want to take care about any prescription meds you have.  
A person I know lost a friend when the friend's GF stole her Rx...  she did confront the girl & got most of her meds back...   My friend tried to be nice & didn't call the Police which would I have done.  
You also need to check all your locks after guests have been in your house.  

Obviously as other posters have previously stated, please stick to well reviewed ladies for your peace of mind, to protect your privacy and your personal space..

One more thing, I always get my rate info from their web site, TER profile, TER ad, P411, or ad somewhere else. The later as a last resort. I use TER for my information source. I've never discussed rates over the phone.

Well obviously I am Not Talking about Your Provider. I said it Would be Rare, and I used The word Usually. Now that translated to mean I am Referring To 'most' Providers, not All providers, and Definitely not ROGM's Provider!

Will definitely heed the advice. Though I figured since I'm switching apartments soon, after I'm done moving everything out of the old, could still make use of it for an outcall before the end of the month, have a lady over, nothing in the apt. but a bare mattress on the floor; heat, electricity, and water all shut off. Talk about a high class date lol. She'd probably half expect a donation in food stamps from me. Maybe not the best idea.

Some ladies fon't do outcalls at all. Some only do outcalls. Many charge a little more for putcalls as xyz mentioned, but there are some that actually charge more for incall. There are lots of regional variations. We don't know where you are located. There is no standard. Read the website for the ladies you are interested in seeing.
