Her website says she's in the Miami area.  Maybe reading the site carefully is a trick you shoudl heed?

Now for more useful info for "viviene"...

Step 1: Make sure you are attractive enough to generate interest from ment (check...ok...double check that one)
Step 2: set up a website (check)
Step 3: find out how to post on TER (check)
Step 4: post an ad on Cityvibe or Eros
Step 5: in absence of verification site membership rely on work verification until you can build a track record.  Employer, phone number, work website, etc...call the switchboard and ask for the guy...be prepared to make up a story about why you are calling and who you are
Step 6: ask for provider references, contact the providers the guy has been with and make sure he's ok
Step 7: ask the guys you initially see to post reviews and/or if they would mind acting as a reference for you

At this point you will have seen your first few customers and shouldn't have any problems moving forward.  One word of advise though, I'd mention up front in your ads that you are new and that you don't have any reviews.  If not you will be beseiged with questions about reviews.  Given the lack of reviews you might want to offer a discount to guys who are members of one of the other review sites or offer a future discount to the first guy to post a review.

I took a chance on an UTR lady once and it was fantastic, I was her first review and I have already vouched for her with other hobbiest and a verification site.
