Congratulations on taking the plunge. I do feel you are a bit paranoid. You have listed every reason that you should not be.
1. 11 people vouched that the lady is not a rip-off artist, and would hope the reviews are consistent on both sites.
2. She is not on any fly-by-night sites like CL, and advertises heavily.
3. If she has a Yellow Pages listing, she has probably started a business. She may not know that she can choose to list her address or not. If it's the number that she answers and not some 'assistant', then she's probably independent

If you know nothing, is that she is serious about what she's doing. Good luck, sweetheart!

I want to finally do this, but am nervous as hell.  I need to know if I am being paranoid and need to man up and do this or if I am justified in my paranoia.  I found a provider that seems perfect, but I have some questions.  First off she has 11 reviews here on TER and 2 on another site. On her website she has a TER seal. However, I typed her email into a search engine and her profile comes up on multiple sites, including the yellow pages, with phone number, an address and everything.  If she is independent, why is she in the yellow pages and why is there an address, especially since she offers outcall only?  This is driving me crazy, I REALLY want to see her, but I cant figure this out.  All help and advice will be very much appreciated.  Thanks all.

I'm having trouble understanding your concern about her showing up in multiple locations. Most providers use several sources for promoting themselves.  Any sort of street address would be a concern however.  I find it hard to believe a provider would be that stupid but if she is it is best to stay away.

I googled my own provider phone number and came up with sites I have never heard of. They steal our ads and photos from sites we use. If she has 11 reviews here from reputable reviewers there should be no problem. PM her latest reviewers to get more info.
If you are still uneasy about her find another provider.

Try to do your homework on WHAT the listed address is for?

Is it her house?  If so, I would avoid her because of indiscretion issues!

Is it a brothel or incall location?  If so, I would avoid her, obviously, for indiscretion and legal issues.

Is it a fake address that does not match up to a location that provider actually uses?  Well, that's sounding a little bit safer...

Maybe the address is for something that is not even a usable space, like a post office box or something like that?

You can use Google Earth (street view) to see what is going on, at that address...

Watch out for providers, who cannot control what private information about them is revealed online.  If they cannot control how much private information is accessible about themselves, then maybe they cannot maintain your privacy, either...

I am not trying to hurt other providers' business here.  I am just trying to offer my two cents, to help you stay safe, Original Poster.

she signed up for something that required a phone number, address and email address.

It could be that it is her house and one of those wonderful sites that gather personal information put it all together...
she gives her address to a phone company for a regular (non-work) account
she gives her phone number and her real email address to a company to purchase something
uses that email address as the secondary in case she forgets the password or whatever for another email account elsewhere
...now, email is connected to email is connected to phone is connected to address.

I am pretty much off the radar personal information wise..the only references found about me online, for years, was a listing by high school reunion people saying my whereabouts were unknown, and a mention in the acknowledgements of a book.
That was all that could be found for about 8 years...and then one day my home address got connected to my name on a site that listed property ownership in my county...you could even look at a picture of my house on a map with a big arrow pointing at it...and they even offered to give folks my phone number and email address...so there ya go.

She may not lack discretion, she may not even know some "phone book" site put all her info together.

Do I think you are being paranoid...probably.
Do I think it is founded...probably not.

Bottom line if you are too nervous or worrying too much when you go to see the lady (even if the nervous is unfounded) you probably won't have as good a time as you would if you weren't nervous.
So, find a lady that doesn't have any things that send up flags for you and see her...
then when you are less nervous and have more experience and trust yourself and your judgment better go see the lady this post was about, if you feel right about it.

The first few times, you need to be relaxed and in anticipation of a great time.  If you are at all concerned about the provider's authenticity, then move on.  Normally, 11 reviews from established reviewers is sufficient.

Keep in mind, there will always be some nervousness which I equate to the pre-game feeling back when I played sports.  But, if the nervousness is LE focused, then move on.

I would consider 11 reviews to be adequate for a provider to be sure she is legit.
However, I would suggest you find an equally well reviewed provider who does incall.  Typically guys do not want to leave the paper trail that renting a room does(even if you pay cash, they want a credit card to guarentee the room).   I have reimbursed a lady the cost of the room on occasion.

BTW, do not ever leave a provider in possesion of a room you have rented in your name.  She could stay all day/night...  any charges to the room, damages, mini-bar will go on YOUR card!  Anything that goes no there is linked to you!

Relax?? You are there to have Fun. Explore fantasies Do your research and find a provider with as many reviews as you can find. My first time was with a well reviewed lady at an agency.  Maybe one that has worked for the agency more then a 1yr.

OH and yeah verification services help too.  HAVE FUN..!!!
