Well, nervousness is expected. Even some of the experienced guys get nervous. I guess my main point is don't come across as though your unsure and not really into the meeting.
I guess I would hope to see an attitude of "I'm nervous but really ready to have a good time." Don't come across like somebody is forcing you to wash the dishes or something! LOL
Do it because you are totally interested in the lady and you want to spend some time with her. Make the lady feel you are interested and into her.
Be honest if your nervous. That will set me at ease. If I feel like your acting squirrly, my mind will start wandering into paranoia and then I may get scared that you are L E, or your planning to rip me off, or worse! But if you come forth that your nervous cause it's your first time et cetera...that sets me at ease because that is expected. I see a lot of first timers actually.
And to set the record straight from another thread, I welcome a thank you email afterwards. I really feel flattered that someone takes the time to send me a "thank you I had a great time" email even if it just a two liner note.
